Filters and cartridges

Filter-separators are designed for cleaning light petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and fuel for jet engines), as well as motor and industrial oils with a viscosity of up to 30Cst from mechanical impurities, low-temperature formations and free (not used in drain- in bulk operations at refineries, oil depots, gas stations, and transportation facilities, filter-separators can be installed in open areas, in heated or unheated rooms.

Filter-separators, depending on the tasks of application, can be used on pipelines with a conditional passage of 50-500 mm, have connections with the help of MBS sleeves to working mains. It can be installed on suction or pressure mains, stationary or in vehicles.

Linear filters-separators SERIES L

Filter-separators of the L series are designed for the purification of light petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and fuel for jet engines), as well as motor and industrial oils with a viscosity of up to 30Cst from mechanical impurities, low-temperature formations and free (non-solvent) used during draining and filling operations in areas with a moderate climate according to GOST 15150. Filter-separators can be installed on an open site, in heated or unheated rooms. Filter-separators of this series are intended for stationary attachment to pipelines with a conditional passage of Du 50-150 using standard flange connections. It is possible to install on suction or pressure mains.

Linear filters-separators SERIES R

Filter-separators of the R series are designed for the purification of light petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and fuel for jet engines) from mechanical impurities, low-temperature formations and free (undissolved) water, used in draining and filling operations at oil depots, gas stations in areas with temperate climate according to GOST 15150. Filter-separators can be installed on an open site, in heated or unheated rooms. Filter-separators of this series are intended for stationary mounting on corner pipelines with a conditional passage of DU 40-150 using standard flange connections. It is possible to install on suction or pressure mains.

Main filters-separators SERIES RL

Filter-separators of the RL series are designed for the purification of light petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and fuel for jet engines) from mechanical impurities, low-temperature formations and free (undissolved) water, used in draining and filling operations at oil depots, oil depots and gas stations in areas with a moderate climate according to GOST 15150. Filter-separators of this series can work both when fixed using flanges and when connected using flexible hoses with conditional passage Du 15-100 in pressure mains. In the basic configuration, they are supplied with a flange connection.

Filtering elements for PRK

Having rich experience in the design and production of industrial filtering equipment for cleaning PMM, the company “ULTRAMaterialy” offers an effective solution to the problem of protecting mechanisms of fuel dispensers (TRK) in difficult operating conditions.

At present, PEs for fuel tanks of the type Adast, Tankanlagen Salzkotten, Dresser Wayne, Zap-Petro, Shelf, Nara are being mass-produced for filtering gasoline, diesel fuel (DP) and propane-butane. On a separate order, it is possible to manufacture filter elements for fuel dispensers of other types.

Volumetric filtration units produced (TU U 29.2-30043766-001-2004) are designed for high dirt capacity and a long service life in conditions of heavily polluted and watered-down fuel.
