Types of gas stations
One of the important factors when ordering special equipment is the type of gas station. There are several main types of gas stations.
Traditional
The set includes underground tanks for fuel storage, dispensing columns, control devices (control of storage conditions, delivery accounts and the remaining resource in the column). Points are installed on the road, in places of intense traffic. Before installation, it is necessary to order a project, approve it in the town planning authorities, and obtain a construction permit. After construction, the point undergoes certification.
Container
It is a separate container, inside which all the refueling equipment is placed: a container with a resource, a dispensing column, control devices. There are open and closed container gas stations.
Modular
They are made to order according to the dimensions issued by the customer. They consist of two compartments: a storage of energy resources and a refueling point. It is possible to store and refuel with different types of fuel resources (up to four types). Payment for the energy resource is possible in two ways: to the operator and to the self-service terminal. Advantages of modular gas stations: different sizes, equipment, high level of fire protection, safety, short production and installation times – one working day. It is not necessary to obtain permission to install a modular item.
Mobile
The gas station, located on the truck, refuels with gasoline or kerosene. The amount of fuel resource is limited by the volume of the tank, dispensing is carried out in small batches. The set of a mobile gas station includes an electric generator, a tank, a fuel dispenser, and control devices. It is used to supply vehicles with fuel in large parking lots and tourist campsites.
Mini gas station
Gas stations, the equipment of which is placed in one module. They can store and use up to four types of energy resources. The equipment includes: a container for storing resources, a block of filling points, a protective canopy, a control panel, a dispatcher’s seat. Installation of mini stations is carried out in places located at a distance from the main refueling places – in agricultural areas, near ports, in places of road construction.
