- Daisy-chain up to three TLS-XB expansion units per console
- Up to 99 sensors of any type
- Up to 32 probes
- Up to 256 devices
- The possibility of using additional input and output relays
- Using cables of different lengths to connect to the console provides maximum flexibility.
MAG series magnetostriction probe (balance).
Magnetostrictive probes are used to control fuel reserves, determine the mass of petroleum products and detect leaks inside tanks. Probes are produced in Mag-1, Mag-2, Mag Inventory Only modifications for traditional (gasoline, diesel, etc.) and alternative types of fuel.
- High-precision magnetostrictive measurement technology;
- Direct measurement of density
- Fast and accurate leakage testing (Mag-1, Mag-2);
- Compatibility with a large number of types of fuel, as well as with other liquids;
- Ability to measure the water level;
- Certified operating characteristics when using fuel mixtures containing up to 100% alcohol;
- 1-, 2- and 3-inch float kits are available;
- High reliability and very low requirements for operation;
- Certified performance for inventory control and in-tank leak detection in a wide range of fuels;
- Complete with risers, covers for them, sets for connecting wires (Encapsulation Kit).
Mag-1 magnetostrictive probes provide high-precision error-free operation in gasoline, diesel fuel and a wide range of other liquids. According to their characteristics, they exceed the requirements of US standards. ERA from tank testing. It is recommended to use in single-wall tanks.
The Mag-2 magnetostrictive probes provide the same reliable inventory control and fluid compatibility as the Mag-1, but allow for leak detection up to 756 mL/h at a lower cost. They are intended for use in double-walled tanks.
Mag Inventory Only magnetostrictive probes are designed primarily for fuel inventory control in above-ground and underground tanks where leak monitoring is irrelevant. Mag Inventory Only probes are compatible with any TLS console.
Mag Plus magnetostrictive probes are designed to provide quick and accurate detection of fuel leaks (gasoline, diesel and alternative fuels) and submersible water (option). This is the most reliable solution for use in difficult conditions, at oil depots and gas stations.
Mag-D magnetostrictive probes are density probes with the option of detecting leaks in a tank of 0.1 and 0.2 gal/h and submersible water for one or more tanks. MAG-D measures fuel density to detect low-quality fuel.
