Fuel dispensers (fuel guns)

The company Astra Navigation offers a wide range of fuel dispensers (fuel guns) of the well-known German manufacturer Elaflex.

In general, fuel guns can be divided into three main classes of dispensing devices:

  • Manual taps without a cut-off are easy to use, made of light materials that are not affected by oil products. Can be used for refueling special equipment.
  • Automatic shut-off valves are safe, they stop feeding when the tank is full. For operation at a gas station, a filling gun of this type is an ideal option.
  • Guns with volume counters are convenient for working together with a fuel pump. They are produced in different sizes – the larger the size, the higher the capacity of the dispensing faucet.

Fuel dispenser ELAFLEX ZVA 2 8drm

Guns for fuel ZVA2 are very economical to use due to the complete disassembly design, which allows you to quickly and economically eliminate emerging malfunctions. It is advantageous to distinguish them against the background of other manufacturers, where the failure of internal parts leads to the replacement of the entire faucet.

ZVA 2 fuel dispensers are universal and suitable for dispensing diesel fuel (DP), gasoline or kerosene. There are several types of attachment of the gun to the TRK, which are equipped with a magnet for resetting the counter:

  • clip with a magnet
  • bottom mount
  • side “ears”

ELAFLEX ZVA Slimline2 GRVP fuel dispenser

A faucet with a steam return system

ZVA Slimline 2 GRVP automatic propellant gun with built-in gas proportional valve. Suitable for all standard types of gasoline fuel (including ethanol). Not suitable for pure alcohol, water and solvents.
Automatic shut-off with venturi control, with safety shut-off position valve. 2-speed lever latch with removable locking pin EB 280. Body made of aluminum, nozzle with gas return channel for gas suction made of aluminum and stainless steel.

Main characteristics:

  • Working pressure from 0.5 to 3.5 bar.
  • Temperature range from – 20 to + 55 C.> When ordering the low-
  • temperature version LT from -55 to +55 °C.

Suitable for gasoline, diesel fuel, boiler fuel, biofuel, fuel with ethanol content. Not suitable for pure alcohol and water, viscous oils.

Fuel dispenser ELAFLEX ZVA Slimline2 25

High-power automatic distribution valve of nominal size 25 1″ (ZVA DN 25) for flow capacity up to 140 l/min.

  • Working pressure from 0.05 to 0.35 MPa.
  • Reinforced closing spring up to 0.5 MPa.
  • Suitable for gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, petroleum. Not suitable for viscous oils and water.

Automatic venturi fuel shut-off with safety valve. With a non-return valve for operation in the “filled hose” mode. EB 280 3-speed clamp retainer with removable clamp pin. Swivel hose connection DN 25 with pressure washing. Large mesh filter EK 372 (600 my). Black protective case made of soft PVC. Aluminum body and spout, plastic or aluminum bracket, stainless steel, red brass and brass internal fittings and hose swivel. Steel parts – galvanized and chromed. NBR/polyurethane seal.

High-power automatic distribution valve of nominal size 32 (ZVA DN 32)

  • flow capacity up to 200 l/min
  • Working pressure from 0.15 to 0.6 MPa
  • Suitable for gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, petroleum. Not suitable for viscous oils, water and solvents.

Automatic venturi fuel shut-off with safety valve. With a non-return valve for operation in the “filled hose” mode. 3-speed latch lock with removable EB 280 clevis pin. Swivel hose connection DN 32. Black soft PVC cover. Body, spout and bracket are made of aluminum. Red brass and brass internal parts and swivel. Steel parts are galvanized and chrome-plated. Delrin poppet valve. NBR/polyurethane seal.
